In spite of being typecast as one of primetime TV’s most wicked antagonists, Bianca King actually looks almost angelic in person. Thanks to a rigid skin care regimen, the willowy actress manages to maintain her flawless mestiza features in spite of a rigorous showbiz schedule. Coupled with a unique style persona, Bianca is a head-turner in every way.

Bianca took time off her hectic last taping day for Dyesebel, in which she plays kontrabida to Marian Rivera’s lead character, to talk about her skin care regimen and fashion preferences in this exclusive Q & A with FemaleNetwork.

How do you take care of your skin?

I always remove my makeup with MAC Cleansing Oil, it’s their makeup remover. And then I use the facial wash and toner of Shiseido. Apart from that, I do my weekly facials at Dermstrata; I’m very religious about that. Aside from that, I do diamond peel and this treatment called crystal resurfacing—it’s to flake off dry skin. I tend to break out if I stay up late with so much makeup on, that’s why I need to get facials every week.

What’s your beauty secret?

I don’t really have a secret. It’s just carrying myself with confidence and giving people a good smile.

What’s your fashion statement?

Very eclectic and I try not to dress like everyone else.

Who is your favorite designer?

Puey Quiñones. I get a lot of stuff from him. I like how unique his designs are.

Where do you usually shop?

Topshop and Zara.

What’s your favorite article of clothing?

Black leggings.
